There are boat launches within a few miles of the property. **NO PETS ALLOWED ** We have security cameras on the outside of the house. While swimming in our large pool enjoy views of the lake! There's a big tanning ledge and bar stools on the opposite side in the shade. There is plenty of outdoor seating around the pool to lay in the sun. You can play a game of darts. Be sure you bring your own portable speaker to enjoy music by the pool! Gas grill on front porch & charcoal grill outback (charcoal is NOT provided). You have access to the main house. The garage is not accessible to guests. **All vehicles including boats, jet skis, etc must be parked in the driveway. No parking allowed on the grass. Our property manager is available in emergency situations and her information can be found in the binder in the dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV. Both also offer boat slips that you can rent which is a good option since our property does not have a dock. You might need to book in advance. Possum Hollow has a convenient store for any last minute items you might have forgotten. If you would like to rent a boat those options are on the east side of the lake. *Please note that our pool service comes weekly on Wednesday and does their best to be finished by 4:00pm. The pool service must be completed weekly to ensure the pool is clean. This is non-negotiable. *Please keep in mind that this is an older home in a country setting. While we love our property and do our best to maintain it, occasionally insects make their way inside. We keep some spray under the sink in case it is needed. One for insects and one for wasps. *There are a few stair steps on all porches with no hand railing. There is also no hand railing in the pool.

This 3,700 square foot home sits on 2.78 acres with plenty of space for parking, boats, or RVs. The home has a guest/ bunk house with a half bath that can accommodate 4 guests. The main part of the home has a large eat-in kitchen with a large dining table for 10 and a huge wood burning fireplace. This home features a large master bedroom with a king bed and a spacious master bath. There are also two additional bedrooms-- one with a king sized bed and a daybed and one with a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have been appointed with quality bedding for the perfect night s sleep. The main living area features a reading nook, a roll-away bar, and plenty of seating for your gathering- complete with another wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights. There is also a wood-fired pizza kitchen adjacent to the living area that is available for your use. This property features plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and includes an outdoor stage and dance floor, a large patio in the back featuring a two story wooden deck. There are fire pits in the front and back of the property as well as a large has or charcoal grill with a smoker/ oven. The master bedroom, kitchen, dining and back decks feature lake views. The property is located in the country so along with the deer, we sometimes get insects including mosquitoes. The property is routinely treated for pests, but wasp and mosquito spray is located under the sink should you need it. If you are interested in this property for an event such as a wedding, family reunion, or a group getaway, the front patio can easily accommodate 75 people and the rear patio area can accommodate about 100 people. We do charge a venue fee of $500 for weddings. The property is wheelchair accessible. 50% of the cost of your stay is due at booking with the remaining 50% being due 14 days prior to your arrival date. Our beautiful lakefront property includes a panoramic view of PK, two level dock with sandy beach water front, large grassed yard, and a large patio area shaded by trees. If you need an area for pets, we have a small dog run as well! Perfect for a weekend getaway for small or large family family vacations. Also our home would be ideal for small retreats.
